Cindy brings with her a wealth of framing experience. She has been with The Frame Outlet for 23 years. From a wedding dress to a full sized American flag for the TV show Sleepy Hollow, Cindy makes sure your special project looks great.

Janelle figures out how to make it work. If you bring it in, she can frame it.
Her 18 1/2 years of experience make her a great person to rely on to give the right finishing touch to any project.
Lynn spends her day making frames. she’s done it for 18 years. When you work with our designers to choose the finishing touches for your project, Lynn takes it to the next step. She builds the frame. She also makes sure there are plenty of frames ready for you to purchase to frame your own project. We call them ready made frames – you’ll call them convenient.

Toni specializes in desk clutter, designing, fitting, mat cutting.
She’s also the boss. A native of Columbia, SC, Toni moved to Wilmington in 1970 with Warren for him
to teach English at UNC-W. She attended UNC-W, where she received a BA in Early
Childhood Education. While attending college, their two daughters, Mary Brooks
and Sarah were born. In 1978, they visited an old high school friend of hers
from Columbia, Bobby Havens, who had a picture framing business in Charlotte.
He agreed to train them in his store, and The Frame Works became a reality and
opened on June 1, 1978.
Warren wears many hats at Frameworks and Frame Outlet. He’s framed original art by Robert Downey Jr., Made a cabinet for Mario Lemieux, and display cases for McDonalds. But he is most proud of the digital imaging department at The Frame Outlet. It’s one of the most capable digital imaging labs in the country.
